If you transferred money to another Embassy account holder using the Online Banking website or mobile app, that person may be saved as a recipient in your Transfers feature.  To remove them from your saved recipients list:


1.  Log into the Online Banking website (note:  at this time, recipient removal is not available in the app).


2.  Go to Move Money, then click Send Money to Another Embassy Customer.



3.  Click Manage Transfer Destinations.



4.  Find the recipient you wish to remove, then click Remove.



5.  You will receive a warning asking you to verify that you want to remove this recipient.  Click Confirm to proceed with removal, or click Cancel to keep the recipient in your list.



After you click Confirm, you will receive a message stating that you have successfully removed the recipient.
