All Other Checks:
Website: Please review the attached “How to place a Stop Payment on a check online” guide for step-by-step instructions and pictures. Note: there is a fee to place a Stop Payment. Please review the screens carefully to view and acknowledge the fee. In the main navigation menu, under Additional Services, click Stop Payment.
Apps: Currently the Stop Payment feature is not supported by the apps. Please Log in to your Online Banking using a web browser, then follow the instructions above.
ACH transactions: To place a Stop Payment on an ACH transaction, please call us at (610)882-8800, send us a secure message (you must log into Online Banking first for this option) or email us at onlinesupport@embassybank.com.
