When you successfully mobile-deposit a check, you will receive two automated system-generated emails: the first email is sent when your deposit has been received, and the second is sent when your deposit has been reviewed and approved. A deposit received, reviewed and accepted before 5pm EST on a given business day may post to your account the same evening between 10-11pm EST. A deposit received, reviewed and accepted after 5pm EST on a given business day may be processed on the next available business day
In most cases your funds will be available on the business day after your deposit is confirmed received, reviewed, and approved.
Example 1: You mobile-deposit a check for $500.00 on a Wednesday (non-holiday) at 10am EST. If your deposit is reviewed and approved that day, the deposit will post to your account that evening (typically between 10pm and 11pm EST), and the funds will be available Thursday.
Example 2: You mobile-deposit a check for $500.00 on a Wednesday (non-holiday) at 6pm EST. If the following day (Thursday) is a normal business day, it will be reviewed then, and if it is approved, the deposit will post to your account Thursday evening (typically between 10pm and 11pm EST), and the funds will be available Friday.
Example 3: You mobile-deposit a check for $500.00 on a Friday (non-holiday) at 3pm EST. If your deposit is reviewed and approved on Friday, the deposit will post to your account Friday evening (typically between 10pm and 11pm EST), and the funds will be available on the next business day (typically Monday, unless that Monday is a holiday).
If you do not receive an email confirming that your mobile deposit was received:
1. Please check your email spam folder to ensure that the email was not misdirected
2. Log into our app and check the mobile deposit history to confirm the status. If you do not see your mobile deposit in the history, the image may have failed to send, or the data may not have transmitted. If it is not in the history, you may attempt to redeposit the check.
