For some users running iOS 16 (Apple devices only), there was a known issue with mobile check depositing: when attempting to take a picture of the check for mobile deposit, turning the phone left (where the text would appear right-side up) did not make the "Rotate your device to continue your deposit" message disappear, and the camera would not be available. Please turn your phone to the right (where the text would appear upside-down) and the message should disappear so you can use the camera. This issue has been resolved with an app update in November 2022; if you are still having this issue, please make sure your app is the latest version, then see below.
If you continue to have issues, please verify that your screen Portrait Orientation Lock is turned off in your device's Settings.
