Personal Banking Website: From the main Account page, click My Settings in the upper-right navigation bar. On the following screen click on the Edit link next to your phone number. To change your phone number for the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you must scroll down to the Login & Security section and edit your phone number there. You can also enable your cell phone for text messaging to receive MFA codes by text instead of email or calls. After adding, editing, or deleting a phone number, you will be prompted to enter your password for confirmation before saving.

After adding, editing, or deleting a phone number, you will be prompted to enter your password for confirmation before saving.
Business App: Currently the business app does not support editing usernames, passwords, email addresses, or phone numbers. Please see the attached guide for instructions on editing those in Online Banking through a web browser.
