Personal Banking Website: From the main Account page, click My Settings in the upper-right navigation bar. On the following screen, next to Username, click Edit. After you create a new Username, you will be prompted to enter your password for confirmation before saving. You will receive an email confirming your Username change. Business App: Currently the business app does not support editing usernames, passwords, or email addresses. Please see the attached guide for instructions on editing those in Online Banking through a web browser.
