If you have already attempted to add your external account, please verify that the credentials you have added are correct.  If you entered your account number and routing number, please verify those numbers with the other bank.  Verify that you have received two microdeposits to that account, and that you have validated those amounts in your Embassy Online Banking.  If you entered incorrect amounts for the microdeposits, please send us a secure message, call us at (610)882-8800, or email us at onlinesupport@embassybank.com for assistance.

Note:  Your external bank account must be in your name and owned by you (individually or jointly). You must have full right to the funds, the account must not be a business account, and your bank must be located in the U.S., U.S. territories of U.S. Virgin Islands or American Samoa, or in/on a U.S. military base or U.S. embassy.
