Did you provide your Online Banking credentials (username and password) to any other person or service?   Some examples might include a spouse or a relative, or there are many services for money management (Quicken/Quickbooks, Plaid, EveryDollar, budgeting apps, etc.) that request your login credentials in order to monitor your bank accounts and access your balances and transaction history.  Those services frequently log in to sync information late at night or early in the morning.


If you did not provide your username and password to anyone else, and if you do not recognize the login activity, please call us immediately at (610)882-8800.   If you are able to log in, please consider changing your username and password in My Settings.  After changing one or both, please make note if another person or app states that they cannot access your account and need the updated username or password.
