When logging into your Online Banking, after you have entered your username and password you may be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  Once you receive and enter the six-digit code, if you select “Yes, register my device” the site places a cookie on your computer or device to recognize it for future logins.  There are several reasons why that cookie may not be saving or may be deleted, and if that cookie is not found you will be required to complete the MFA step on every unrecognized device.  Please view the attached Help Guide for troubleshooting.

If you want to be prompted for a security code on each login, select "No, this is a public device" each time you log in.  If you accidentally chose "Yes, register my device" and want to return to receiving MFA on each login, please clear your browser cookies, close the browser, then reopen.  Note that this only affects browser logins; mobile devices using our app will only be prompted for MFA on the first login on a device unless the app cache is cleared or the app is deleted and reinstalled.
